Thought i was doing really well pre this latest bout of C19 with walking on the flat with a little oxygen not an effort.

Now this damn thing has reversed things and everything a struggle again.

By the time i got dressed yesterday morning it was time for bed again…

It really isn't good at the moment Mr B and, of course, nothing from the government in spite of rising numbers. Maybe consider having a pyjama day and sod the clothes. Hope you soon start to feel better xx

I agree with CDPO16 Mrb, things aren’t great at the moment with numbers going up. I really hope you feel better soon and do have some pyjama days. Xxx👍😘💕

Numbers going up rapidly as this variant is more infectious than others . Happens but it still gets less virulent as it mutates . Time for annual flu jab in a couple of months too .take care . Are you still on list for transplant --- or hzve i got confused?Take care

Back on list so hopefully this latest C19 hasn’t damaged the lungs too much and time will be on my side.

Buy 7 sets of pygamas, different colours for each day of the week. Keep jangling those bells!

Aw, blooming COVID! Just when you were doing so well too! Still, any excuse for a PJ day is ok in my book. You can rest assured that you're not the only one doing it!

It took me a few weeks to get over COVID which I had just before Easter, and just as I thought I was better, I had a flare up which was treated with antibiotics. Since then, I've got better and better, so I hope you recover well too.

xx Moy

I’m actually in the greenhouse now in pj’s and a sweater hoping i don’t get spotted by a nosy neighbour…The plants really make a difference to my Sp02 levels…👍👍

I am also recovering from Covid. A mild attack thank heavens. The respiratory specialist at the Covid recovery unit suggested six steroids a day for six days while I had Covid, and then cut down by one a day every three days. The steroids definitely help. It might be worth a phone call to your GP to see about predistone.

They have put me on Paxlovid, the latest weapon in the antiviral armoury.Hopefully it will see off the baddies and my breathlessness will improve.

Timing not good as now on transplant list so praying not too much damage done ad if you’re too ill they can suspend you from list.

Why did he upstairs make us so complicated?

I was on Paxlovid too and it worked. But the recovery unit also suggested the 6 steroids a day. Still worth checking with your GP.

Oh Mr B that is a reversal in fortune. Still, just take a duvet day, re-gather the troops and stride forward the next day.
