Low oxygen levels.

Last couple of mornings have been quite concerning.

Normally after the tea trip to the kitchen my levels are around the 90-92 mark.

Both yesterday and this morning 83.. no rhyme nor reason and yesterday i must have slept 14 hours minimum.

Hopefully this isn’t a sign that full time oxygen is on the horizon!

So frustrating as i was having a good time recently so hopefully it’s a blip.

Watching “The Dig” tonight with her valentines chocolates which i didn’t manage yesterday...🤪🤪🤪

I replied to your last post about oxygen levels, suggesting that you ask for an assessment via your GP.

That's ok. Wishing you well, dropping oxygen levels can be quite worrying.

I think if that level continues you need to see a dr or consultant you may need help at night if it only happens in the morning 😷

Two thoughts:Read somewhere that Covid-19 can cause oxygen levels to drop (before any other symptoms)

Anything below 88 starts risking major organs

Either way I think I'd be contacting the GP or specialist

Good luck

Hopefully just a case of bad days vs good days. The wind is changing direction and perhaps your air quality had changed.

My oxygen levels tend to go down when weather is damp

Just a suggestion r u doing any regular exercise other than to the kitchen and back? Obviously you would have to watch your 02 levels, but without exercise we do decondition and deteriorate more quickly. I think sleeping 14 hours may be a reason for the body not requiring much oxygen (in addition sleeping excessively could be a sign of other health issues, diabestes for one, when blood glucose levels rise too high). Just my views - but probably a discussion with a medical professional may help determine what is happening and the doctor can check things over, blood test etc.

Hope whatever is happening can be rectified for you soon.

I do my regular exercises every day and walk( with oxy) at least 4 days a week. This is the lowest they have been so i really hope its a blip.

Had thyroid and other blood work done recently, Vitamin D was low and now on supplements.

Thanks...
