This evening I've actually ventured around the balcony at the rear of my home and found the view of the cross at the top of mountain in filerimos a view I did not know I had until tonight . I actually forgot I can travel all around the outside of my house 😂 , I kinda got stuck on my patio area.

Funny really I always sit on the patio area and completely forgot I can wander around the whole building outside although parts are a little narrow so finding that the cross is overlooking the rear of the house was a lovely surprise

Just love the fact I found I could see it from the house. You used to be able to go up the cross but not anymore.
You have such great views! Mountains, sea and sunsets - you couldn’t ask for more. Your photos make me feel as if I’m on holiday!!😎

Beautiful. The people who built that cross must have been really fervent believers to lug all that material up there and work in such a dangerous looking place.

It's all built by putting shuttering up and a machine pumps concrete into the shuttering very quick system
How exciting. It’s wonderful to see your beautiful new view. You really are spoilt for choice and deserve all of them. I can see even more exploration will beckon as the weather cools.

Oh yes I love exploring but it was not an option before due to caring for my stepfather but now the island is my oyster

Sounds daft but every morning I spot something I hadn't noticed before same in the evening no two sunsets the same
