.....and those lovely furry paws, I think I always preferred a nice gentle dog, to the male of the human species, just did not realise it in time. Maybe because the dogs I have known did not ask daft questions. Like it is 5am, I am sitting in the sitting room in Dec or Jan, with head phones on, listening to the Ashes from Australia, (cricket) we have been married 30 years, and he still said, "what are you doing?".
