Hi Nellie,I,m in London and the weather man has been telling us porkies again! It,s supposed to be 20 degrees and sunny but it,s quite chilly ,dank and depressingly dull, like night time at 2 in the afternoon. It,s the moisture in the air that does my lungs in although noticed last year if it,s too hot that can be a problem also.At least if it,s sunny it,s a bit more cheerful
Just a thought ,you might find having a bowl of water sitting on a sideboard
Or table helps your breathing,It would,nt do for me but we,re all different,Happy summer D.🌺 💐 🌺
Thanks farmer d.will try bowl of water however my crazy cat will probably drink it.cant have house plants..she eats them ..then sicks up all over my bed ....it's cooler today ,however the weather forecast for during the night and all week is for high humidity.what a time.this is the first year I have really been affected by the weather.must be thankful but this is a horrible disease.moan over.happy summer to you too !

Hi Nellie15, whats the weather like up your way today?Like you I find the heat a problem to deal with makes the condition worse. It is a cool bright start to tjhe day down here in the Midlands, so see how it goesx
Thanks Katieoxo 60. Dull and cooler, thank goodness.long may it continue.however forecast is high humidity all week .90-91 early tomorrow morning.never followed weather forecasts as much!Perhaps I should stop looking.no fans on today...yippee.my son took me to g.p. Surgery for yearly check up at heart clinic, then we went to garden centre for breakfast...lovely, a bit of normalisation.hope it stays cool for you ....then onwards to Xmas and I will be moaning about cold...what a fun filled life.if we (I)didn't laugh we would cry
I have been plagued with flies too, with this weather and killer sprays do more harm to me than the flies have a good day I'm off to visit my mum in Shrewsbury today. Long train journey there and back but a friend will be with me.
