Welcome to the forum Khaleesi, good to see you. Such a lovely photo and a big smile. There are many here with a wealth of knowledge on all sorts of health issues so I’m sure you’ll hear from others soon. I do wish you better days ahead and hope you can get out of the house very soon. It’s not easy I’m sure.
Take care xxxx
Welcome to the forum, there's lots of helpful supportive advice on the site. Xxx
One piece of advice I read was to take things very slowly …..just stand at your door and look out , walk in your garden if you have one .Then walk a short distance from your home …..just a few yards ….then back.
Increase slowly .
Claire Weekes wrote books on coping and getting over anxiety . I don’t know if they are still in print .
The BLF have a helpline open on Monday for UK residents on 03000 030 555.
Take care

I myself panic sometimes at the thought of going out and it's an awful feeling. Hello and welcome to this forum, lots of helpful and supportive people on here, can't really add to what knitter has replied to you. I do understand as like you I have been shielding since Covid started and am very nervous of going out and mixing with people. I do go to a local park and meet friends as that is outside but have not ventured into town yet, not sure when I will. You are not alone in how you feel but like knitter said take it slowly and do things as you feel you are able to at your own pace, don't put yourself under pressure. Best wishes and take care. xxx
Hi and welcome. I had anxiety so badly at one time that I couldn't get much further than the front door. I gradually overcame that by focusing on just putting one foot after the other while blocking out everything else that was whizzing through my head, building up the distance I walked slowly over months. As knitter said, baby steps at first and I would wholeheartedly agree with her recommendation of the works of Claire Weekes who made audio tapes as well as writing books on self help for anxiety.
Welcome to the forum. I don't have anxiety, but I found it quite hard enough to get out of the door after 18 months of isolation. Small steps, as everyone suggests. Good luck. 🤞🤞🤞🍀🍀

I had that same anxiety. It was resolved when my son came to stay and took me out every day so that I finally had the image in my head of my going around out of the house.
