Hi everyone.

It looks like it is set to be another scorcher today for most of us. For those of you who find the weather can trigger asthma symptoms, I have added a link from our sister charity Asthma UK's website you may like to read, and also advice from the NHS. Rising pollen and thunderstorms could be on the way, so take care of yourselves in the heat, and as ever give us a call if you need advice. 03000 030 555

Thank you Debs. Last two years I’ve mysteriously stopped having grass pollen asthma - used to be pretty bad so not complaining obvs. But I could never understand why the pollen seemed worse after and during rain - you’d think it would be better.

You would think it would be better but its thought that the wind can blow the pollen around and then as it travels higher it can be broken into smaller particles that then sink back down and can irritate the narrower airways.
