Coldness in summer

Hi eneryone well the sun is shinning and everyone is out there in the sun in shorts and tea shirts and I am there with sweatshirt and jeans my hands and feet like ice. Wish my body would warm up anybody else feel like this. Mum thinks it's a side effect from having Steven johnson syndrome as only been like this since having it. Fingers were so cold even the nurses couldn't test my oxergen levels at least I have a kind heart as mum always says. Enjoy the sun everyone.

🤣🤣🤣I'm always like it and as far as I know I don't have any syndromes. I think some of us are just chilly people. I am half geordie and those girls go out in their vests in midwinter! But not me. Even today I have two tops and a jacket on to go out. Enjoy the sunshine.xx

Some people are chilly even in the middle of summer. It could well be the SJ syndrome as you say. You are warm in other ways Pokermon.

Wishing you well xxx🥰😘

Don’t worry too much. I’m nearly 70 and ever since I can remember I’ve always had cold hands and feet. Not nice but you can learn to live with it. Good luck

I always have cold feet, a family trait, but I would happily give you some body heat if I could. Hopefully you can still get out to enjoy the sunshine.

Hi, I find this sometimes but mine is more weight related I think...as in if I’m slimmer I feel the cold more than when I have more body fat on me.

Indeed I agree with your mum that you have a warm and kind heart ♥️

I'm a chilly person too, especially on the arms for some reason. I felt much like you when I went into town the other day. Everyone else looked so summery.

Big hugs, Pokermon. Around where I live, people go into shorts and vest tops as soon as the sun shines, even if it is only 5 degrees C. I just keep wearing my own style of fashion. So what if I look over-dressed to them? They look under-dressed to me. You keep making your own fashion statement and stay as warm as you can manage x

You poor thing, do you warm up when sitting in the sun ?. I have the opposite problem, I am always too hot, my hormones have been in overdrive since I was around 37 and have never stopped. I can feel cold if I sit around in the winter but as soon as I start doing something its like a leaky tap and my fringe starts dripping onto my glasses, its horrid as in this weather I am just constantly wet. It would be nice to be normal. Shame we cant swap a bit form each other lol. Get some fluffy warm fleeces x
