I'm hoping it gets warmer soon been a bit achy of late with the cold weather π§‘
The cold weather seems to have gone on for a long time this year.
I know its like January has lasted a year and it's still not over π
As well as the cold weather, maybe January feels so long because we'd been looking forward to it for so long, like it was a promise of better things to come, yet everything still feels very much the same. Hopefully with more people getting the vaccine every day maybe some kind of normality can resume and we can move onto February with renewed hope. And maybe some less icy weather too. βοΈ
I think January has always been a long month dark morning's and evenings. Its a difficult one after xmas and new year and then it just drags on and on ..Nearly February and it has got lighter here longer in the day which is lovley π

Oh yes little Finn was born this morning. 7lbs 11oz and despite his bilateral cleft and unilateral palate/gum he is feeding well and tooting. His big brother (13 months) is with us and us a poorly teething boy. Thanks for asking xx

Wow dear BB8? those orange and yellow hues all mixed so beautifully with the shine of light, what a clever girl you are to always have your trusted πΈ camera at the ready. We count on you BB8, to keep giving us snapshots of your early hours dog walking, with some of the sights you see. (Whilst I'm still under my duvet and having a cuppa whilst listening to LBC radio.I love the 3-7am slot with Steve Allen coz he's got my sense of humour plus its a talk show, although he does most of that, lol !) Hi Sqirrel Today is my day off so I'm just about to get up out of bed and set about the day ..
Had breakfast of banana and toast and a mug of tea ..
Stanley thinks hes going to stay in bed all day long with me but I have other plans for him ..
I need to catch up on my house cleaning and that included stripping the beds for washing..
Its blue skies so maybe get a line of washing out to dry..

Look at you ..... putting me to shame because i stayed under my squirrel duvet til near on 11am!π ..... you are very bold in telling folk about how you have no problem in leaving poor Stanley in bed, alone, until you tell him that you'll be stripping in the bedroom .....
