I am worried, I have pains in my front & back chest, my food won't go down and I shake all the time. Feel too poorly to exercise, I am sitting around a lot of the time. Feeling pretty low and scared.

Maybe you need to call your gp. Hopefully they can help. Hope you are feeling better soon 😷

I won't call the Doctor or A&E I would end up in hospital and would never come out again. I know I am at end of life but it still sucks.
