Has anyone tried the ClearLungs herbal remedy? I’ve read tons of reviews on it and most are extremely positive ( not that I believe all I read ). Used by people with COPD, Asthma etc.

Not heard of that one before. What sort of ingredients does it contain? Normally in the UK, herbal remedies can't make claims about effectiveness for certain conditions unless the manufacturer has run medical trials to prove that.

According to this site possible side effects include Hypertension, hypokalemia

I've tried it but it had no effect whatsoever, despite all the positive reviews.

I originally read about it on the Brus website, but absolutely no difference to my bronchietasis.
