I do have abnormal results. If you can read this; am I mild, moderate, or severe in my impairment?

Spirometry test.....?
Well I am not that up with all these results at all but I would say from that not to bad at all. The only one I am completely sure with is your FEV1 which is basically telling you that you have 60% lung capacity whereas mine is really low at only 19%
My doctor said I have moderate obstruction.
Yes that sounds right so just keep away from anybody who is ill or smokes, eat as healthily as you can and exercise all you can and you can keep it steady
That seems to be backed up by the numbers which show moderate obstruction, but on some of the measurements, you have actually done better than expected for your weight, height, and age. The numbers are a guide, they can change from one attempt to another and certainly from day to day. Many of the people on this forum have far worse results ( like me) so take care, learn all you can about keeping your lungs healthy - and you should not have too much to worry about - I hope
Not too bad some are far worse than that. BLF hep line may be able to reassure you. So no smoking keep away from smoke , do loads of exercise , and keep away from people with colds or coughs.

79% - 50% fev1 is moderate Dustin, so at 60% fev1 that's where you are. You can slow down progression by following the advice above.
Do you have results that are post broncodilator as they often do a pre and post, and the results above are marked pre, or had you used your inhaler within 24 hours of the test? Do you have asthma as your pef is quite low? It also seems odd that your best FEV1 was 67% but it appears theY did not use that one for some reason unless they determined there was insufficient effort on that attempt as it does show on the bottom that there were 5 attempts and only 4 accepted.
They didn’t do post. I never been diagnosed prior to test, and I have no inhaler at home.
I would suspect that number would go up if you were tested after using an inhaler or inhalers for a period of time.
Did they give you one or more inhalers?
Not yet. They have a full lung function scheduled for Friday.
I hope you let us know how you make out.
It looks like the problem is airways obstruction as your lung volumes are fine. This means that you can get as much air in and out of your lungs as normal provided you don't try to rush it. As @jackdup has implied, this could simply be asthma and get better with inhalers – salbutamol (Ventolin) is the "quick fix" but generally inhaled steroid is adjudged to be better long-term as it reduces the inflammation that causes the obstruction. Plus you need to find out if you're allergic to anything, and keep it away from you.
You can buy a simple portable pulse oximeter for about £35 and this will reassure you that you are getting plenty of oxygen however slowly you breathe.
