Why is it that water, mud and sausages seem to be all that is needed to keep a dog happy (oh and a warm bed, preferably with the owner)? Although thinking back to my childhood, those first were my three favourite things.

Last Wednesday I was on an early walk and nearly got pushed over by a naughty mongrel that wasn't on his lead!
