Had my pft Today. Fev1 stayed the same at 25%. But my dlco dropped from 60 to 49 in one year. My very first dlco test number back in 2010 was 92

So sorry Maricopa. That's a big drop in 1 year from 60 - 49, I hope you will find it improving again. Perhaps get back with Donna Wilson on you tube. So glad your FEV1 stayed the same, but if you do go back to Donna's exercises you may even be able to improve on this.

Over the years I've had a very gradual decline in FEV1 but my DLCO has always been down in the 50s, once it went to 49 but on the few full lung function tests its been between 52 and 54.

The weather in UK at the moment is not helpful with breathing, I hope you find you have future good breathing days.

I am so sorry to hear about your decline it is so hard when this happens. I spent most of this year feeling unwell but I am having a few days grace. I tend to make the most of it and go out when I can or do those jobs indoors that you can't normally do but it is not always possible when you are feeling unwell so often.

As Soulboy says positivity is key I know it is not always possible to be positive everyday but it helps. xx
