Responding to posts about books on breathing

I was thinking about the different responses that people gave about the James Nestor book so I looked at other books that might provide specific exercises. One looks good but is focused on staying calm etc (quite relevant today I guess!) It's called 'Breathe Well' by Aimee Hartley. I am going to get it so will report back. There is also 'Exhale' by Richie Bostock which apparently can supercharge your health :)
