COPD pool exercises

Hi, I live in Cyprus and have a swimming pool. I don’t swim very well so I was hoping to find some COPD pool exercises via google but not had any luck, just studies. I have noodles, can anyone help please.🙏

Basically what you learnt at PR but with more control and awareness of the resistance from the water.

If you go to your tube and search pool exercises quite a list will come up, you could even add and word following pool exercises.

Alternatively you could search Aqua robics - add seniors etc.
