Hi, I take 15mg dose of lansoprazole each day and have done for years. I don’t get joint pain though.

Contact your GP if you’re concerned. Get it checked out. Xxxx

"joint pain along with a red skin rash, especially in parts of your body exposed to the sun, such as your arms, cheeks and nose - these can be signs of a rare condition called subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus. This can happen even if you've been taking lansoprazole for a long time"

I take lansoprazole every day and have for a number of years. No joint pain except mild arthritis in hips (osteo, wear and tear kind of arthritis). A read of side effects on leaflets and call to GP might clarify. Best wishes
