I noticed that in the 'related posts' someone else had written a poem on the same subject 3 years ago so I thought I'd have a shufty. I found it was me who had become 'hidden'. I had left for using 'inappropriate language'.
So I haven't changed a bit in 3 years! I really must get myself a life.
Thanks Carole, yes Iβm back in control of my breathing again. Time for short run with my friends in my isolated campervan before I totally lose it I think.πππxx
I'm there, just planning to have my Shower, all has to be pre planned, Window open, Oxygen on, inhaler at the ready, Towelling Robe ready to step into, Been up since 6am, so a few hours to get to this time.(after FB & HU Read), Then Breakfast, then a Day in the Garden. Have a good Day Don, Hope your Cough has eased up. Love XXX C.
A kind relative washed my bedding for me and must have used a strong washing powder or fabric softener. The fumes nearly knocked me out during the night. I should have stuck to my routine!π£ Better now. πx
So Glad your Better Now, Had my Shower, feeling nice & Fresh & Ready for the Day. I to use Nice Fabric Smelly Detergent, Must be a Woman Thing. Stay Happy & Cough Free. Love . XXX C.
Glad you're feeling better Don. I too can't use the scented laundry stuff. Bio D make natural unscented laundry liquid and fabric conditioner which are ok for me.
Thanks HH, my wife always used Ariel and I carried on with it without giving it much thought. The last time I had trouble was with a new bedroom carpet which gave off fumes. That resulted in a 999 call and a week in hospital, Iβve learnt how to deal with difficulties like that since. Stick to the routines is best. π
I get this all the time when windows are open.(from next door-- it comes into my house) I find it very upsetting. Breathing affected and very stressing. It has got worse over years. Do be careful that it doesnt affect you more?
There are a few of us who have had our posts taken down and out knuckles rapped. I was sorry today to miss Skis post about Dominic C before itβs removal. So glad you are not Hidden, Don. As for routine I am not a creature of routine and prefer a bit of spontaneity. Today I got spontaneous with a high pressure hose. Not very successfully. First I cleaned the car which worked well, then I cleaned some of the paving stones. I just seemed to be moving the dirt around. Then I had to reclean the car because I splashed it with dirt from the paving. I Only got about half of it done and ended up covered in dirt too. What a mess! Perhaps Iβll follow your advice and stick to a routine tomorrow......
One thing about a routine, it makes time fly especially fitting in the regular rests between jobs, however small. Part of my routine is do an online jigsaw or two, then a puzzle or two, then conscience butts in and says do a bit of housework! Look at all that ironing - oh, its far too hot for ironing....x
My cleaning lady taught me that there is no need to iron these days and I don't. Drying flat or drip drying works for most things and for me a few creases here and there are acceptable. πx
