My back is hurting so much is morning very bad pain when I breathe in and can’t move with the pain waiting for my gp to phone back that was two hours ago should I phone 111 don’t know what to do

Not to alarm you House1 , but maybe you have had a pneumothorax , maybe it's best to do as Sassy has said and call 111 or an ambulance. This does not sound like something that can wait. I'm sorry you are having such a horrendous day.

Went to hospital and they say i had pulled a muscle if not better in a day or so come back i know it’s not pulled muscle it’s my lungs don’t think they know what it’s is thank you for asking

You know you are worried or you wouldn't have posted on here House. You have to put your mind at rest my talking to a doctor or person who understands these different back problems. They can establish if its serious or not. Only by asking you questions will they be able to determine what the problem could be and what course to take. It will just take a phone call, so do it now.
