Pete has hair trimmers and has cut his hair for years. Heβs not coming anywhere near me though....lol. Xxx ππππ
Photos if you do please? We all need to laugh...? π
I'll do it inebriated lol
At least you'll have an excuse? πππ
I've been cutting my hair with nail scissors. As I wear a hat all the time it doesn't matter too much π Oh dear π
I hacked some of my hair off the only thing I will say is itβs a good thing Iβm not going outπ
Many years ago I attacked my sons hair, he cried, and wore a hat to school for a week!
Donβt think hairdressing is a skill I possess.

Two young relatives of mine have done this & sent me pics, they look as if they should be breaking rocks in a gulag!
Ha ha, did they use a knife and fork .
I once came home from work to find my son (then 14) had used the dog's clippers to give himself a #1 all over (well, what he could see...?)!!!
Rather than go bananas, as he wanted, I said "Well, that REALLY doesn't suit you!". That was it! HE had to live with it, and it looked almost respectable in 6-8 weeks? He never attempted it again, although he still likes to keep it short, and is very particular about it - at 41? π
Meanwhile, the dog didn't mind sharing his clippers.... ππππ
We ALL live and learn Hlg , the more I hear these horror stories the more I think I'll just go neanderthal till my 12 week incarceration ( or experiment in sensory deprevation) is over and leave well enough alone .
Keep it back with an elastic band, or a piece of knicker elastic! π
I'll just wear my y fronts on my head lol
Please wash them first? Again....photos? πππ
I'm guilty, but just trim my fringe the way my hairdresser used to, with especially sharp dressmaking scissors.
I nearly reached for the scissors yesterday as my hair is past its manageable stage . Decided to leave it for awhile though will probably get the scissors out soon Anita x
I've cut my own hair and used clippers for years. I did have one hilarious episode when mid hair cut my clippers packed up completely and with just half my head shaved I had to dart down to my local branch of Boots to purchase a replacement.
I started losing alot of hair when I went into methotrexate so decided I would grow the colour out, and had it cut regularly but it hasnt been chopped for a few months now and am thinking of giving it a trim. I can manage the fringe easily but not the back. We will perhaps develop new styles which may become fashionable x
When my husband had hair I used to cut it for him.
Gradually age took his crowning glory.
Then with the top only sprouting a few wisps and the crown looking like the moths had been at it we decided it had to go.
I shaved his head a few times but one day he decided on a DIY job. It worked well and he's never looked back.
Of course there's even less left to shave off now,
