I did not know that if you were a victim you could dial 999 on your mobile and then 55 if you could not talk!

I fear this lockdown situation will have enormous impact on mental health and hope crisis response teams are ready !!

These teams ( I was one of them in my former life) are stretched as it is without environmental crisis added to the mix 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Unfortunately those that deem it acceptable to abuse their spouses/partners won't stop, because of the crisis.

If anything, the lockdown is likely to vastly increase the number of incidents, so I thought it prudent to at least let the victims know others are thinking of them.
