The rules from the UK are mandatory for the UK and contain essential principles for other countries

UK Rules and Explanations - Dr John Campbell
Wise words from Dr John, but he sort of gave a rosy picture of supportive communities, people waving at each other, government agencies doing what they are supposed to be doing in supporting those that need to stay at home for 12 weeks and the fact that he was quoting from a letter supposedly sent out by the government to everybody that i for one have not received sort of got my goat, maybe he should stick to his very informative medical directives and save the PR for the government?
Just my opinion.
The poor guy has had coronavirus for past 10 days (Boris), and currently in hospital.
I suspect the actual hard copy will be going snail mail to save the tax payer billions of £s.
+ Coronavirus is also affecting the mail deliveries
Patience grasshopper
As i suspected,a one man government,so we are all doomed if he does not recover.
i am aware of the burden on the government and the restrictions recently published by royal mail, but there is an alarming inconsistency in what the government are saying and what is actually happening in the real world and my patience is wearing rather thin as is my unfed body.
I wonder what your day might be like if not a negative word spoken.... ahhhh ---bliss
I do hope that you are not unfed SirSki but isn't that the way this government usually works and are you still taking your supplements?
I am my dear majji, but sensibly about 4 weeks ago after 3 attempts i managed to purchase milk powder on Amazon as the NHs do not provide it to go with my supplements which i thankfully do have so ticking along ok my dear, thank you for your concern my love. xx
Just the fact he was touching the letter repeatedly worried me......my mail , what little there is and when my poor post lady delivers it is quarantined for days .
The fear of catching the virus has affected even my thinking of ordinary , normal things like touching mail .
I have managed to get a grocery delivery.....booked weeks ago...but if someone had told me a few months ago that I would be wiping down tins and packets when they came , I would never have believed them.
My asthmatic daughters have to brave the shops down south......both need flour but none to be had.
Hi there the flour situation is the same over in Shropshire too as well as Warwickshire and no doubt many other areas. Its such a strange situation to be in and reminds us that you never know whats round the corner, take each day as it comes and keep in touch at a distance. We have a mixture of weather here in the midlands the clouds are moving fast so maybe they may bring in some better times over the coming days. I notice deliveries are still taking three weeks from the big supermarkets. But still remain optimistic. Take care
