Can anyone please tell me how I get on to the list of vulnerable people which might help me in securing an online delivery slot? I have severe COPD and a low immune system. I've received two NHS letters, one from GP surgery and the other from a hospital.
My husband is here to help me but as he himself is an older person and neither of us drive, we will reach a point soon where we have no supplies left. I think I may have made a huge mistake in stating in the form I was sent to fill in that I did not need help as my husband was here and since we were able at that time to get delivery slots which of course we now cannot. Maybe I'm therefore not on the 'vulnerable list'. What would you do? Shall I submit the form again?

The problem is I registered on the gov.uk list but I’m not able to see if I’m on the list although I’ve been told I’m vulnerable- interesting isn’t it coz online shopping don’t class me as being on the list!
That happened to me until got a call confirming gov.uk form then city council rung within a few hours to confirm I'm ok. Then next day got a lovely box of food which helped. Hubby made a lovely spaghetti bolognaise
Have you had letter from gp/nhs. If so next step is gov.uk refill the form I had to change question about help as hubby is self isolating so have no help with shopping. . Then you should get a call then the gets rolling.
Thanks very much everybody! It was only the slots for online shopping that I hoped would be effected so I'll just wait and see if my re-registration works!
Go back and open the message again and you can fill in the form again saying you need help. They know circumstances change. I hope this helps stay safe and well
