I have emphysema and I am a full time carer for my wife, I have pure or non obstructive emphysema struggle with sob and blood oxygen low after exercise my fev results are good 110% but my dlco is at 39% ct scan shows a loss of 60% lung surface area should I have received a letter? and if so who should I contact
