can anyone help me find the answer to my question today as i just hear on the bbc news that 1.5000 people well be ask to stay in for 12 week as from tomo i know i could be one of them as i have severe emphysema as some put end stage life but the question is my wife go to work so should she stay home as well if i get the litter or can she still go to work

I would say that if at all possible she should stay home. If not it is going to cause a bit of disruption to your domestic routine e.g. separate bedrooms, copious cleaning, keeping 2 m away from each other even in your own home.

Hopefully her boss will show a bit of compassion. It looks as though the message is finally getting through and people are beginning to pull together.

My husband has not had a text either on oxygen 16 hours a day he has extensive emphysema plus Pulmonary hypertension. Just think it how organised you doctors and Respiratory team are . Unfortunately our cannot get basic letters correct. Stay safe .
