I practise qigong daily, my go to is Lee Holden or Don Fiore on you tube. Video 7 - 20 mins long. Great health care exercise and movement maintenance for the whole body
I had to do this with My Oxygen on. I have saved the Post so as to Repeat, I do Breathing Exercises every day, But always wanting to Learn More, Thank You for sharing. xxx C.
