Bronchiectasis and self isolation

Hi, I have bronchiectasis, does this mean that I have to self isolate?

I would, Us bronchs are a bit like those with cystic fibrosis, having “a zoo” of bacteria 🦠 cosily hiding in our lungs requiring antibiotics and steroids far too often thus predisposing us to picking up other types of virus... all terribly frustrating! Hanne posted useful gov. Uk guidelines earlier re:self isolating.
