IPF low blood pressure?

Any association of pulmonary fibrosis with low blood pressure, hypotension?

Would have thought it more likely with high blood pressure, but haven’t been diagnosed with that so could be wrong. All the best.

I had to lower my Bisoprolol to 7.5mg as it was affecting my BP and making to low. seemed to do the trick.

I have advanced stages of Intersatial Pulmonary fibrosis, waiting now for palliative care nurses, but I have always had high blood pressure, I am on 50mg of Carvedilol in the evening and 5mg ramipril in the morning, but I think that it is strange that you have low blood pressure, considering the stress of coping with IPF? What does your specialist say? Or your doctor?
