Hi I have just started using Portable Oxygen and have washed the nasal cannula and hung it up to dry but it still has some water droplets that don't dry or drip out. What can I do? Many thanks in advance

Oxygen Nasal Cannula cleaning and drying
Hi I don't know if I'm doing the right thing but I don't wash mine at all I wipe them a couple of times a day with an antiseptic wipe and change them about every 10 days. I've had no adverse effects from doing that.
Hi
Change on regular basis, wipe the prongs daily with wet wipes.
Any water in tubing renders it useless.
Wow. Many thanks
Hi Hun, I change mine when I know to change,(7 to 10 days)) have 3 cannulas, in constant use. Bedroom, Lounge, Ambulatory. My Supplier,Air Liquide Deliver the next day. Don't rinse them, no need too. xxx
Hi Handihaler. I have occasionally managed to somehow get water in my oxygen tubing. If this happens I spin it around my head like a lassoo.
It usually works !
Hahahaha weel I will give that a try too. Many thanks
