I would like to pass on something that has been a game changer for me. about three months ago I started taking MORINGA and Turmeric, I never thought anything could change my life the way it has. My breathing has improved 25%, it's just wonderful. About me, I'm a male 72 years old and suffered with COPD 20 years, Mike

You can get these two items on Amazon, I Take 500mg of both together in the morning and before bedtime. I can say from the bottom of my heart, I have not felt better in 20 years. I might add that loosing weight is very important , my advice on loosing weight is this simple rule, it took years to put it on, give your self time to take it off. Best of health ❤️

I actually live in the Philippines and it grows in the wild here, although I do use a native brand, Joanney Herbal

I think this is great information Mike. Anything that helps is worth trying. 😊

Just a word of caution for anyone contemplating trying Moringa. Please do talk to your doctor first. Moringa plants can potentially interact with thyroid medication, diabetes medication and high blood pressure medication. Just be safe and check with your doctor first.

Have a lovely day. xx 👋😁

Thank you for this Mike. You say your breathing has improved 25% ; have your FEV1 levels actually increased by 25%?

Well let first say, I have had my own spirometry for about 5 years now. So I have tracked my most of my values, I was a grade 2 with a fev1 of 67% of expect, I was 67 years old then and had stopped smoking two years before. About 9 months ago I was was at 36% fev1, I read about moringa and tumeric and started using it, with in weeks I felt better than I had in years, My last fev1 was 48%, I use the 25% as a measure of my over All improvement. I'm fortunate not to have any other medical problems. My inflammation has been reduced greatly, and I now sleep well. Hope this has been helpful
