Oh poor you dear Whit. The devil pills help us when we're struggling but long term use and they just (in my opinion)have too many bad side effects etc ..... but what else can we do?

Wishing you a better year in 2020.🐿💕

Hello whit , 👋

Winter is never a very good time for us 'lungies' . Everything seems far worse , especially during January and February. And I think we tend to feel so much worse too, plus it's much easier to pick up bugs. Please don't take this bad few days and think it will dictate the rest of your year. It won't . Take heart. It will get better.

Cas xx 🌞🌞🌞

Sorry to hear you have had a rough time of it. I hope things will start to improve as the weather gets better.

It's going to be a great year for us all 2020, I feel it in my bones. Well I feel something in my bones and I'm sure that's it.😉

Hi Whit

I read your previous posts and saw you were from Darlington. I grew up near there in Aycliffe village though I’m now a bona fide Yorkshire girl living in Leeds. Sorry to hear about last year not going well and wishing you a much healthier year for 2020.

Take care

Corin
