After at least 4yrs of coughing myself silly every time I had a bug I have recently been diagnosed with bronchiectasis! I might even have sleep apnea (test in the pipeline). Been type2 diabetic for a number of years, now got diabetic retinopathy, I am also partially deaf, and have arthritis in my hands!!! Life is looking up! I love to crochet, read books, cuddle my dogs. Have 6 grandchildren ages 6mths to 18 yrs who I also like to cuddle. I need to look at all that is on this website to see what’s useful etc. I will come back in a while and let you know!

Hi Zircon and welcome to the site. If you type in bronchiectasis in the search box you will find a host of information from our fellow sufferers. One of the most important things with this complaint is to clear your lungs of mucus daily as this is what causes you to cough more. Im sure you will find loads of info on here to help you x
