Thank you for your replies . I am not gasping for breath it's just that I get uncomfortable in my abdomen & a bit breathless & I get frustrated being on my own. I have OCD as well so I get down.

Perhaps your tum is bloated, it is certainly a symptom of my COPD. I find a couple of Gaviscon help. Also nothing to eat after 6pm, Usually have my main meal at midday, look after yourself.

Could you tell me what OCD is . I'm in the states and not sure about it.

I to am alone except I have a great VA doctor I communicate if I have a problem. I have sever COPD and sever ASTHMA. I'm coping well so far and would like to help if I can
