Hi, Galades. Does your doctor know how anxious you are? Sounds like you would benefit from some counselling or learning meditation and mindfulness techniques. Are you back home now?
Yes i am home where i belong and have seen a doctor and have numerous supports. I have not been hospitalized nor have i had a panic attack in a very long time. I no longer look at this as a death sentence, I just try to live my life being the best i can be and appreciating every minuite the Lord blesses me with. I try to remain positive and pray for the best. Thank u for taking time to answer I dont go on here much as i am doing something all the time. Have a great day today and all the best to u and yours. God Bless
I was prescribed a very limited dose of Lorazepam along with a referral to a councillor and this has helped enormously. Have a chat with your GP.
