It does indeed. It’s strange because they’re always ‘there’ until one day, they’re not. I’d like another dog one day, hopefully when I’m a bit healthier.
That post took be back a bit... Many moons ago when I was first married and had little furniture and possessions and money was hard to come by. My puppy german shepherd was left home alone for a couple of hours. We came home to find she had chewed through a piano leg.... Maybe I had a german shepherd cross / beaver. We were not impressed, seeing as the previous week, she was only left for 15 minutes and she thoroughly destroyed the new hall carpet by the front door
She lived a fine and long life, even after those events !
Been there at the start of marriage back in the very early 80s ,started with nothing myself but with hard work life does get financially better , I lost my wife in 2012 but life does go on and new beginnings do happen
