I did think of you yesterday Mr D when watching the news and listened to Gyles Brandeth talking about poetry and must admit you do have a smashing talent and could give him a run for his money if you also published a book x

Gyles Brandeth is a very good friend of mine.....er, I'd better rephrase that....I read Gyles Brandeth's bits in THE OLDIE magazine every month, for which I have a subscription. And though I like to think of him as a kindred spirit, I think giving him a run for his money would leave me well behind and broke. π
