Update since last December

Thought I'd do a update and put up a more recent photo Since the last time I was on ,change Drs, still getting no were and a miracle has happened apparently now According to this new specilist now I've stopped smoking my lungs will start to get better 😵Which has straight baffled me so in the beginning I was told it s not Gona get better even if I stop smoking to been told now it will get better !!!!! Which some people already know I had the problem of been stone walled by the Drs n specialists so changed Drs , found out I've also got rumatoid arthritis, and still got COPD, DIP , and also PTSD , !! So from my last bout of feeling depressed to still been in the exact same place of feeling like I'm been fobbed of again as well also it's a real struggle to get blood from me so she gave me the equipment to do it my self (x drug user) of which I failed miserably, dint get any blood all I got was a load of pain!!, also got my pip appeal coming up cause dint score any points currently on ESA of which I scored a wopping 45 points and was only in there 10 minutes to scoring 0 !! I'm still getting out of breath climbing the stairs n walking to the garden gate as well as over welming feelings of doom n gloom threw these nightmares of past events from my child hood . Oh and I'm still at my mumsthe Positives are the wife and kids still love me ( but deserve better) me random uncontrollable emotional breakdowns attacks are not as often there I have roughly about 2 a week, seeing welfare rights in a week started seeing someone to help me with the PTSD still eating garlic n honey which from my new pic it's done something positive my eyes are no longer blood shot I'm no longer coughing and passing out yeah somethings have changed n somethings haven't so hey ho .. Hope you all are good and positive cause it's YOUS LOT that helped me to be positive and to be blunt "Stopped Me Doing Something stupid which would have ended up with me dead or locked up so thank you Sir's and Miss's xx got crazy love for all and Thank you once again for been there ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
