Hypertonic saline + body aches: thoughts

I’ve posted about this before but I had a theory: if someone’s lymph nodes are already enlarged, could the slight irritation from the hypertonic saline cause pain in the lymph node regions due to the immune response?

If that doesn’t make any sense then let me know and I’ll try to rephrase it 😂

That’s a good’en but surly if already inlarged would not the cause be causing imitation
