My one and only attempt at tapestry was doing a pic similar to yours . Alas my effort was awful lol everyone laughed at it as my swans had 4 legs somehow but your swans are so lovely and tranquil . Thankyou for posting it and making me smile 😀😀💐

At least you have a sense of humour to have a laugh at a mishap. You spent time creating something even if it did have 4 legs it was probably enjoyable doing it and I just wonder if you still have it hanging somewhere or is it tucked away in a box .

I couldn't do tapestry you need patience and lots of nimble finger work ..

I'm more like a bull in a China shop lol

It's tucked away with my other mishaps lol. Too many hours of blood sweat and tears spent to just throw it away and I know no one who yearns for 4 legged swans 😂😂😂

😢 I just see an empty box. It’s weird, if an emoji isn’t already on my iPad I can’t see it if someone else posts it. But for example skischool can see all the emojis I post even though he only has two in his device. But thank you for taking the time to post what I assume is a swan emoji for me 😊 (now I’m waiting for Skis to explain the science behind the visibility or otherwise of absent emojis) 😋

Not so busy this weekend I try not to have bookings on Saturday and Sundays as it then becomes a 7 day week only the odd cat visit or walk is allowed if really needed.

I heard there is some dangerous algae on the Southampton Common lake that killed one of the swans. So sad.

Hi Dave very sad to hear that fortunately I'm nowhere near Southampton common I live about 15 miles away from the common . Theres algae in a lot of ponds and rivers at this time and people tend to ignore the notices that are up which again is unfortunate as it's a very high risk to dogs also 💞💞
