Rehabilitation classes

Just finished my pulmonary rehabilitation classes. No longer on oxygen! It has been so worthwhile. What is great they have a keep fit group which you can join! I was worried after rehab that I would feel lost but now I still have support.

I would say to anyone go to classes even if you cannot exercise much you learn so much about your condition and you get support and meet others. Bonus you find this group!

Wish it was the same for everyone. After PR, when it recommences, that's it. It's all back to postcard lottery. My nearest group is 70 miles, and I have gained so much, but the journey and cost ....no thanks. Jane

Everything is unfortunately a post code lottery now which is so unfair. I am lucky as I do live in quite a deprived area with a high ratio of elderley and people with lung and heart issues.
