They are fantastic- result she died peacefully and content

Just to add she was diagnosed with mild COPD in 2006

This progressively got worse

At the end of life she was attended by Countess Mountbatten palliative care nurses at home along with district nurses.

Being at home with her family was what she wanted

Thank you for this information. Being diagnosed at mild stage isn’t common. Most are further progressed at diagnosis.
