Shannon you have already posted this in several different communities 8 hours and got loads of helpful advice. Have you seen the replies?Do you not believe them?

I will give you the same answer I gave you before - a lung function of 110% is completely normal and your lungs are fine. I have a lung function in the mid 70's compared to others of my same age etc. so I have copd. Others here are much lower. When I was 54 my lung age was described as 89! Now that is something to worry about. So your lungs are 3 years older than you are. Do you think that when you are 25 your lungs will be knackered? This is your anxiety speaking and I can only say to you if you are worried then speak to your doctor. It is your health anxiety though which is the problem so you need to give this priority and get it sorted.

from your past posts it is clear to me that you most likely have health anxiety. Find a therapist, preferably one who is skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy. You can be free from your constant worry, but you will have to put in the work with a qualified therapist. Been there with a close family member, also a young female. Fretted herself nearly to death until we got her in to see a therapist who taught her how to watch, manage, control her runaway thoughts. it can get better dear. Find a good therapist and stop looking for physical ailments that likely are not there. Be thankful for good physical health, move forward toward better mental health. you are not crazy, you just need better tools for coping. Very best to you, I know how miserable the revolving door looking for a physical ailment can be - the unrelenting worry. Get help for the thing that actually does ail you, your health anxiety. And realize that the people on this forum would love to have 110% lung function. many are getting by on 25%. You don’t want to know what that feels like. You can’t begin to imagine it. You do have an illness, just not a lung illness. Take care of yourself, get to a qualified therapist and you will start feeling better.

As I said in a previous post, your lung function is brilliant. Having a lung age only 3 years more than the average is not a problem. I have the lung age of a 90 year old, and I expect to be here for a lot longer yet, because a good pair of lungs will keep you going until you're 130!

It means your lungs are a couple months older than you.... humans have about 20 months (almost 2 years ) before we start counting our age. 8 months in moms belly, 12 months on earth before being labeled a 1 year old . There for your lungs are.......1 year and 3 months older than you lol... which is perfect 👌
