hi been diagnosed 2 years ago hate to say still battling the cigarettes but to answer your question I have had no change still not breathless walk 20 miles every day as I am a dog Walker also training at night with dogs.please try and not get hung up on having emphysema enjoy what you can do and not wait until you cant. love life .xx

Hi Casper, dont give up on giving up, you will win in the end. And good for you walking so much, thats fantastic and will keep off the infections, wow wish i could walk that far, great that you enjoy life x
