Well I took plunge and bought a heart start or AED

Quite scary but the do save lives BUT with any AED purchase CPR resuscitation know how is a must as they go hand in hand.

What the say flat on back head back and chest compressions hard and fast.

Quite a feet for anyone lung diseased.

Anyway what do i know about my AED well is quite safe as would have to be in cardiac arrest befour shock is delivered.

Also my unit as four banks of 12v dc so that’s 48v battery.

That’s mainly for unit’s long battery Usable shelf life.

Did you know this AED CPR law well have a read QUITE interesting and things to consider befoure purchasing a AED heart Start machine.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, automated defibaltor and the law

Wow Jeff that's really something. It's quite a serious looking Machine but I guess it is for a serious purpose. I didn't know there's a law concerning resus. The link won't open on my phone, I'll look another time on my iPad.

Wow, that’s something JAS. I can understand why there would be laws as it’s quite an invasion of privacy I suppose. Also it could be dangerous so fair enough.

Take good care of it and yourself. Xxxxxx

Hi sassy is defo a juice you up machine.

I guess with law dropping dead puts things into prospective I guess that’s why sell medical DNR chains bracelets.

Good Morning Jeff, good to see a positive post from you. That looks like a very good tool to have and in doing so you learn about cardiac arrest proceedure, it is those first few moments while waiting for an ambulance that count the most towards a better recovery. More & more we are depending on the public in the community to keep people alive till an ambulance arrives. So well done to you for taking this step. Enjoy your Sunday best you can.

Hi JAS, wow some bit of kit isn't it and doesn't it come with a awful lot of reading to download! Raising awareness is excellent and especially for your family members to understand how to use it if ever it's necessary. You do amaze me at how with everything you have going on with yourself and your Dad,you still find the energy /time to do your research etc. Good on you😃👍

Hi SquirrelHolt To be honest I thought was plug n play but this things to consider.

Is quite straight forward really ... my dad as DNR in place but am a clinger TOLD me mum if she don’t bring me back all get up n kick her ass for not saving me lol
