Haha... I love walking..infact anything that gets the lungs working..it certainly is a beautiful area.. just getting over another infection I'm taking co trimoxazole.. which seems to be working.. apparently I've had some sort of weird bug.. so this is a new one for me... how have you been lately..? X

Hi Andy, walking is very good for you and I do hope you’re feeling better.

Pete and I are ok thanks but Pete is also getting over an infection. We’re off to Southampton Thursday to see what they say about his back. Not much else they can do though.

Wow thats some walk, how long did it take? I find I start off ok but my breathing gets worse and I have to slow down and then would need alift back ha! Glad you enjoyed it x
