I just bought one on eBay, supposedly fully serviced with a new battery for £1250, about half what they are new. The unit looks mint and battery and all accessories look fine. When you start it up (Either on battery or on mains) in 2l/min Constant mode it works fine, but (you knew this was coming) if I start it on Pulse 2l/m it works for a few seconds and then shows 04: SERVICE and shuts down. <big sad face> I called the vendor and he immediately apologised and offered to replace it - However, I've found if you switch it on in constant mode and then switch to pulse it works just fine.
So my question is, should it work ok when starting up in pulse or is this a "feature" of this unit?

Requires service as soon as possible, before damage is done to the sieves.
It’s normally as to be sent back to the original place of purchase which your vendor should tell you, service between £160/£250 depending on spares if any required. Includes collect and deliver, pack securely in appropriate size box with packing,
It sounds like it as needed a service for some time, the two units I have different models will operate up-to thirty days before shutting down.
Treat as urgent. As the oxygen purity will diminish if not already done so.
If the vendor as offered to replace, is he a dealer?
As he got the last service record.
Just read the manual number 4 Service High priority alert, unit will shut down.
Yeah, it kind of feels a bit like that - they are a service centre - but I don't feel I should be paying them to service the unit. So, I'm going to send him an email just now and ask him to replace it as originally offered or refund me.
The guy seems to be genuine, we will see what happens when he reads the email.
There are three warnings, low, medium, when the unit will continue to operate, and high when the unit will continue to shut down. So it seems the unit as required a service for some time.
