OMG did you read my post to Blackbird6 as to how I came to own a cat?

I had Whisky, my first ever pet, a JR cross fox terrier for 9 years. She used to go to Varsity with my son every day. He was chosen to go on the SAfrican Antarctic expedition and so I had to give her to friends as I worked such long hours.

Oh but I miss her so much, even 20 years later.

I know this is a health post but I recognise the health benefits of having such a presence in ones family.

I wish you many happy, joy filled days with your Jack.🙂 good wishes.
