Remember?

Ten minutes with the doctor,

That's all you can expect.

You listen to him carefully

Until time to eject.

Why is it when you get outside,

And back home you have fled,

You can't remember a flipping thing

The doctor has just said.

Next time you think, I'll take a friend

So they can later tell.

Only to discover that

They've forgot as well.

Oh dear Don, very true. Xxx 😊😘

Haha.. take a friend with an earing aid 😃😉 sorry if I am cheeky this morning, take a pen and a paper, or even better ask the doctor to write it down. I do. Can’t take it all in anymore.

Got a mail back from the doctor at the RBH and he said he hoped the pred and cough syrup had come useful but he had never given me any cough syrup 😃 so I thought maybe I missed that!! Went to the pharmacist again. Well he probably confused me with somebody else!!! 🤗😂

That the trouble trying to remember what you've forgotten, and forgetting why it was important.🤔

in reply to Pantani

I’ve often wondered what reaction I’d get if I took my laptop with me and sat tapping away on it whilst he was tapping away on his desktop. I could take notes then so that I wouldn’t forget. 🤔

Laptop hey, you high tech guy you, and here I was suggesting notebook and pencil 😉😃
