Hi and welcome to the site, ask your GP or nurse for an acapella device it does exactly the same thing. I have been using one for a few years and yes it works. Hope this helps, take care of yourself and let us know how you get on. 😊 Bernadette xx
Hi
If it’s for mucus removal, first port of call is your GP, they can prescribe medication or one of two devices ( Flutter or Acapella device) that may assist you.
For Lung strength there are devices available from the likes of amazon, check with your GP or Respitory nurse for suitability.
One to consider is a referral to pulmonary rehabilitation.
One hour exercise one hour education, two hours twice weekly for six weeks. You can ask any questions and receive sound advice, one on one suited to you as a individual.
