I am please to say that having just returned from holiday and flew from Manchester airport , that the lanyard worked well ,first on the plane going out and coming back skipped the very large que at passport control ,and having spoken to another person wearing one ,they said the same. A tip if you can walk and don't need assistance but don't like the smells in duty free,ask for assistance and they will take you a different route m m missing all the smells

its lanyard you wear that tells all airport staff that you have a hidden disability . If you go to heathrow.com/airport-guide/...

it will tell you all about it

Thanks for posting this about the sunflower lanyard Very interesting. My husband is over anxious so will keep it in mind.
